• SwedeArts always complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance and Home Sales Act.
• Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act. They are never transferred / sold.

About SwedeArts

SwedeArts specializes in divided paintings and posters in different sizes with the highest quality, but you will also find a large selection of posters in classic design. We offer paintings and the painting set that fits perfectly as primary motifs in your painting walls. For example, choose a colorfully divided motif and surround this painting with black and white, simple posters or vice versa. Maybe you want to fill the wall with just colorful paintings? Our motifs and paintings range from 21 cm all the way up to our divided motifs that extend a full 91 cm x 4.

POSTERS & PRINTS

Quality

All motifs in our studio are made in the highest quality. We print our posters and prints with different types of high-quality paper, depending on what suits each motif best. We only use FSC-certified paper. All posters and prints have a matte surface to avoid reflections and unwanted gloss, but poster paper with a glossy surface is available on request. Our posters are printed with LUCIA PRO pigment inks that give extra depth and sharpness to the motifs. The motifs are also treated with "Chroma Optimiser", which means that they are surface treated so they get a smooth surface.

Because we offer free shipping and want to keep prices low, we can unfortunately not currently sell frames without motifs. We do not accept, for example, an order for 1 frame.

Our environmental thinking ✿

We are not alone in thinking about the environment and it is important for us to contribute to a better environment. We reuse and recycle as much as we can to the extent that our products are not damaged in, for example, packaging and shipping. At SwedeArts, we double- and triple-check, so we send out the right products from the beginning with both you as a customer and the environment in mind. We also care about how we pack our products so they do not take up extra space in the trucks on the country's roads.

Sizes

We have motifs that extend from 20 cm in width to our four-part motifs that extend a full 3.8 meters in width. The vast majority of our motifs have standard dimensions and fit frames from eg Ikea. Our standard sizes are: 21x30 cm (A4), 30x30 cm, 30x42 cm (A3), 40x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 50x70 cm, 60x60 cm and 61x91 cm. Details around the sides of the motifs may vary slightly depending on the size you choose. If you have a hard time imagining the sizes, you can see our examples below.

Our art

The vast majority of motifs on Swedearts.se are created and edited by us. Other motifs can be created by helpers, partners and independent artists and graphic creators.

Our primary starting point is to have a selective selection of original motifs that you will only find on SwedeArts. If you are an artist / photographer or graphic designer, you are warmly welcome to contact us regarding our collaboration.

Picture walls

A picture wall, also a so-called picture collage or wall collage is a collection of paintings that often consists of several different sizes and motifs. This picture collection can be placed in any room and include different themes in the same collage and also divide the collage with a nice mirror. A picture wall in the hall can, for example, consist of easy-to-read and fine texts, interesting and detailed posters, while a picture wall in the living room can consist of beautiful nature motifs from all corners of the world in different colors.

Combine the Picture Set with Picture Wall

We also recommend having a picture set, a primary motif in a picture wall. Depending on the size of the picture wall, you can have several primary motifs the larger it is. Primary motifs such as the core and center of picture walls can easily be found with us at SwedeArts with our large and divided paintings and the painting set. A classic picture wall is usually built with a primary motif in color and the rest around in black and white. But on the contrary and mixed a little anyway can be really nice too.

Shipping

• Always free shipping in Sweden.
• We use PostNord for all orders. Packages are picked up at the local delivery point or sent directly to the mailbox.
• Tracking number is sent to the customer via e-mail when your package is sent and then you receive an SMS / e-mail when the package has arrived at the nearest agent. Tracking numbers are not always sent when buying products that are "non-bulky" and fit in a mailbox / letterbox.

If you have chosen to pick up your package at an agent, Postnord may still first try to deliver directly to the door / mailbox. If you can not receive the package, it will be sent directly to a representative.

Delivery time

Normally we ship within 1-4 working days. If you are in a hurry with your order, you are welcome to contact us and find out the delivery time for your planned order.

Return, Right of Withdrawal and Swop

• 30 days open purchase (From the day the item is received).
• Replacement of posters within Sweden costs from SEK 79 per motif. We send instructions and a return slip via e-mail which is printed out and then taped over the old shipping document. Attach the delivery note that was sent with your order or an order confirmation and write "Swop" and also what you want to change to (Example: "Swop to article X in size 50x70cm")
• Return of posters starting at SEK 79 per poster.

• Canceled purchase before dispatched order: Many of our motifs and posters are produced "on demand", ie they are manufactured in connection with a received order. If the customer regrets their purchase before the order has been sent out, and the motive has already been produced, SwedeArts has the right to charge a fee for printing and waste of SEK 119 / m2.

• Return / change of frames is sent and paid for either by the customer in any way or we send a return slip by e-mail (actual shipping cost will be added) Contact us at info@swedearts.se if you want to make a return . Pack number alt. receipt of submission must be available. • The product must be unused in the same condition and returned in the original packaging (eg frames with sealed wrapping). Complaint

We examine our products in detail before sending them. If the recipient has received a faulty product against suspicion, the customer is credited with the return shipping cost. Contact us first as we may need photos of the defect before sending the product back. Complaints are sent to Swedearts - Kungsgatan 29A, 46230, Vänersborg . & nbsp; In the first instance, the product is replaced. If it is not possible to replace the product, it will be replaced in the alternative with an equivalent. NOTE! It is important to report any errors within 7 days at info@swedearts.se in order to make a complaint.

Transport and damage

We take full responsibility for lost packages sent from us. Upon return, the customer is responsible for the transport.
We are also responsible for any transport damage if the damage is discovered within 7 days of the package being picked up. It is therefore important that you open the package and check for any damage.

Unclaimed packages

If the package you ordered is not picked up within 14 days, the package will be automatically sent back to SwedeArts. In this event, the customer is charged up to SEK 300 for administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. If the customer regrets their purchase, the package should still be picked up to avoid the fee.

Payment options:

Invoice and Bank Card / Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard and partial payment via Klarna Checkout. If you choose an invoice, for example, you have 14 days to pay from the day we send the package, which means that you receive your package before you need to pay.

Klarna Checkout - Pay after delivery!
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice and pay after delivery or Klarna account - or with card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.
